We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the variety of facilities available. The water dispenser machine in our room, offering both hot and cold water, was a considerate touch. The location was excellent, with three subway stations nearby and easy access to Incheon airport. The hotel was also conveniently situated away from Seoul subway station, making it ideal for taking the AREX to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, our check-out and taxi arrangements went smoothly.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The Rainbow Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was extremely convenient, as it was just a stone's throw away from three subway stations. This made it super easy for me to explore the city and even travel to and from Incheon Airport. Secondly, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
The only minor drawback was the lack of shower curtains in the room, but it didn't affect my overall satisfaction.

Convenient location, close to metro station. Water dispenser in room. Close to shops and eateries. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-heated room with A/C option. Adapters available for electronic devices. No steep hills around the hotel. Assistance with taxi service was excellent.
